A letter from the staff regarding the upcoming 2009-2010 season
It is the club’s intent to abide by the Old Dominion Region’s new tryout rule and not host a tryout under any organizational umbrella until the mandated dates for USAV tryouts in November.  The later tryout dates will result in a shorter financial payment period (December to April/May versus the current August to April) and a larger initial payment once a player is selected for a Beach Elite team.

The staff is currently planning for the club's expansion and will have details in the very near future, including the coaching assignments and age groups that will be offered for the 2009-2010 season.  Beach Elite will continue to provide the highest level of training in the area and maximal competition exposure.  Beach Elite will be working with the administrators of VBVBA and TVA to coordinate tryout schedules that will afford players the opportunity to attend multiple club tryouts. The current consensus of these organizations is for all players to be able to find the right club that fits your goals and budget for a positive club experience.

Good luck to Beach Elite 15’s and all  ODR teams competing at Nationals in Miami.

Underclassmen garner interest at the next level
A majority of our underclassmen have either received letters of interest from colleges or
universities regarding their volleyball future or coaches have contacted members of the
Beach Elite staff  regarding player intents and interests in furthering their volleyball
career.
A majority of our underclassmen are in the recruiting process, assisted by the Beach Elite
family of coaches.
Beach Elite’s goal is to provide information and assistance in the recruiting process so
that each player can find the college or university that fits her best in both athletics and
academics.

Please continue to check Beach Elite’s website for further updates.  Should you have any questions, please contact Coach Adams, Coach Seaford or Coach Williams.

With regards,

The staff of Beach Elite Volleyball Club

South Atlantic Championships
Congratulations to both the 15's and 17's teams. The 15's only dropped one match all weekend while playing up in the 16's division, in the semi-finals to eventual champion TCA - MD 16 Third Degree. Likewise, the 17s only dropped one match all weekend - in the finals nonetheless.

Senior Signing
After weighing her options, Beach Elite 18s member Courtney Anderson has decided to play for Coach Rogers and the Yellowjackets of Randolph-Macon College. Congratulations Courtney! We wish you the best in your next step of your volleyball career.
